Ernst Prost Foundation

Our commitment to disadvantaged people
The Ernst Prost Foundation helps people who have fallen into hardship through no fault of their own, enabling them to better cope with their fate. At the same time, it has made it its mission to provide young people with education and training. In addition to helping individuals, Ernst Prost has also expanded the foundation's mission to include the charitable sector. This includes, inparticular, public health, youth and elderly care, education, adult and vocational training, welfare, and assistance for the persecuted, the disabled, and victims of crime.
Hardship can strike people of all ages and in all situations – from childhood to advanced retirement. Hardship doesn't discriminate. Rocking horses and rocking chairs symbolize the wide range of problems, emergencies, and fates that can befall one in life. The foundation aims to provide just as diverse assistance – quickly and unbureaucratically.
Social and charitable
Unemployment, illness and financial problems are the most common causes that trigger a downward spiral that very often deprives people of their livelihood and their place in society.
As a non-profit foundation, it serves exclusively charitable and non-profit purposes and pursues social and charitable goals. Unfortunately, in the past, foundations have often been associated with money-saving schemes used by tax evaders. The Ernst Prost Foundation distances itself from this.
