Application review and decision-making process

The board of the Ernst Prost Foundation usually decides on the application promptly.If funding is approved by the Ernst Prost Foundation, the applicant will receive a written confirmation. This serves as a binding commitment for the approval of the project or request.Please understand that no information regarding the status of the decision-making process can be provided over the telephone.

Approval or rejection

Accepted Answer

Applicants will be notified of approvals or rejections in writing or by telephone. Approvals may be subject to conditions. No reasons are given for rejections.In the event of incorrect information regarding costs, if the funds are not used in accordance with the stated purpose, or if the Foundation's conditions are not met, the Foundation may withhold an approved grant in whole or in part or demand the return of a grant that has already been paid out.

Press and public relations

The Ernst Prost Foundation is authorized to publicly accompany projects it has supported. Press and public relations work is conducted in coordination with the Ernst Prost Foundation and is generally anonymous.In any case, we ask you to coordinate with us in advance if you have any media-relevant information about funding from the Ernst Prost Foundation!
